Mr. Osking is the President of Advanced Building Assessment, Inc. He has a Master's Degree in the sciences, is a Certified Indoor Environmental Consultant and is a Florida Licensed Mold Assessor. He has extensive experience in the assessment of water damaged buildings, building materials and biologic contamination.
Mr. Osking's background includes extensive field and laboratory experience as well as the publication of numerous scientific papers. He provides expert witness testimony as to the extent of water damage and the resulting biologic contamination to both commercial and residential structures (fungal, bacterial, pests, etc.).
Mr. Osking routinely produces remediation protocols for, and performs post remediation verification testing of, water damaged structures.
